For the 9th annual The Crossover Student Showcase we’re challenging our instructors to use PROPS! This means their performance must involve a chosen object! Each instructor will choreograph a showcase which will incorporate the chosen prop within the dance. This year we are also upping the level of the show and the showcase courses. We want to work hard with you to create amazing pieces that will definitely get you props! Want to perform and excel on stage? Come and join your instructor in dancing with some of their Favourite Things!

You must attend the audition class to be considered for the course.
The audition will be held in the first week on the dates listed below.
The audition will consist of learning a part of the final choreo and performing In groups at the end of class.

The Crossover 9: Get Some Props is held on the 5th of October
@ Everest Theatre, Seymour Centre
NOTE: Each piece will be performed TWICE, over 2 separate shows. Each show will run exactly the same. You will, therefore, have the opportunity to perform the routine twice to two different audiences, and in order to join a course, you MUST be available to perform in the day matinee show and the evening show.
All audition classes cost $15.
If the audition is passed the remaining weeks of course cost
$140 for your first course.
$130 for your 2nd course
$120 for your 3rd or more courses.
This includes 7-9 hours of class time over the total course over 4-6 weeks.
There is also a one-time showcase fee of $70 which includes a limited edition show t-shirt, rehearsal, photography, video and a seat in 1 of the 2 shows. You will also receive one EXTRA ticket to one of the shows that you can sell or give to a friend. The ticket retail price is $40. You only are required to pay the showcase fee once, no matter how many showcases you are in.
You have the option of paying courses and showcase fee in instalments of $40 per week until the total amount is paid. There is no penalty to paying in instalments.
